Return and Refund Policy

Thank you for choosing Araksa Inc. for your floral needs. We take pride in the quality of our arrangements and the freshness of our flowers.

Because flowers and plants are perishable goods, all sales are final and we do not offer monetary refunds. Please review our complete policy below.


1. No Returns or Refunds

Due to the delicate and perishable nature of flowers, we cannot accept returns, and we do not issue refunds under any circumstances once an order has been picked up or delivered.

2. Damaged or Defective Items

We want your recipient to be delighted with their gift. If your flowers arrive damaged or fail to meet our quality standards, we are here to help make it right through a replacement.

  • Reporting Timeframe: You must contact us within 24 hours of the delivery or pickup time.

  • Proof Required: Please provide a clear photograph of the damaged arrangement along with your order number.

  • Resolution: Upon review, we will gladly provide a replacement arrangement of equal value or offer store credit. No cash or credit card refunds will be issued.

3. Order Cancellations

We understand that plans can change. If you need to cancel your order, please let us know as soon as possible.

  • Before Preparation: Orders can be canceled for store credit if you contact us at least 24 hours before the scheduled delivery or pickup date.

  • After Preparation: Once our florists have begun designing your arrangement or the order is out for delivery, it cannot be canceled or credited.

4. Delivery Issues

If we are unable to deliver your order due to an incorrect address provided by the customer, or if the recipient is unavailable to receive the flowers, the arrangement will be returned to our shop. We can arrange a second delivery attempt for an additional fee, but the original order remains non-refundable.
